Eligibility for Refunds:
Refunds are only applicable if the product received is expired upon delivery. In such cases, please contact us immediately upon receipt of the product.

Return Process:
To initiate a refund, please email us at info@cureandglow.org with your order number and a clear photograph of the expired product.

Refund Timeline:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items:
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for opened or used products.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over ₹500.
